TBL Consulting LLC was founded by Doug Bounous, an AI strategist focused on practical business application, AI visibility, and disciplined implementation.

After retiring from public safety, Doug devoted the next phase of his career to intensive study, research, and practical application in AI, business strategy, marketing, and operational improvement. He is a CAIT, Certified AI Trainer, and CAIM, Certified AI Marketer, with hundreds of hours of continuing education in AI strategy, business growth, marketing, and practical implementation through programs and thought leaders including 1000X AI, the Academy of Applied AI, Russell Brunson, Alex Hormozi, and others.

That combination of structured professional experience and focused AI research shapes how TBL works today: clear assessment, practical recommendations, responsible adoption, and execution that fits the real world.
