Audit timing depends on the size and complexity of the business, number of public web properties, competitive environment, and depth of visibility signals reviewed.
After The Audit
After receiving the full audit report, the client can choose the path that best fits their needs. Some clients may use the report to make improvements themselves. Others may hire another provider, ask TBL Consulting to handle selected portions of the improvement process, or request a comprehensive project plan.
Implementation recommendations may include content improvements, entity clarity updates, website structure changes, schema guidance, profile consistency, backlink recommendations, reputation-building steps, platform-specific instructions, or ongoing monitoring.
In some cases, improving AI visibility may require changes to website structure, content organization, technical flexibility, or even rebuilding parts of a site that cannot support the needed improvements. Some drag-and-drop website platforms work well for basic online presence and traditional SEO, but may not provide the structure, flexibility, or technical elements needed for stronger AI visibility. When that is the case, TBL Consulting can identify the limitation and recommend practical next steps.
